The car had an issue with the driver side window which wasn't fixed first time round, which was disappointing. But, Mike took ownership and ensured it was resolved fully and I had a replacement car.

I was led to believe my damaged bonnet stripe would be repaired when it went in for service. It was discussed and at that point the service advisor didn't suggest I would be paying for it. It wasn't repaired and then I was sent a quote of £150 repair

Noone called me to check the tyre sizes that were ordered so I did not have any new tyres fitted.My windscreen chip was not brought to my attention.I bought the car new from Barons and my first service was not included for free. Disgraceful

Was given the wrong info when service was booked, girl on phone said it would take 40mins, when I arrived reception said it would be 2 hours, had to take car not cleaned to make it quicker, not charged any less for car not being cleaned

Throughout my experience the team were exceptionally helpful. The whole experience was spoilt by having my car returned to me covered in dry bird poo. The work sheet says the car was valeted. It was not. I was upset at this.

Presumed was in Farnborough but had to go to Ash Vale for service. Unable to give me a collection time, just told would take all day. Have always been called with other dealerships when the car is ready to collect. Wouldn’t check heated seat control.
