From start to finish the service was fab and I love my new mini.
My car was cleaned as promised - washed on the outside and mats vacuumed - but the rest of the inside was not touched. I was led to believe it would be as good as new - polished etc.
Courteous and professional
Put it this way change tyre left 1.1 bar in tyre and I was on the motorway when lights came on

I warm welcome when I arrived at reception. Fast service from both the receptionist and young lady who dealt with my paperwork.Waited for the service to be completed in a comfortable friendly location.
Did what was required without fuss
When delivering my car key to reception, lady on desk very rude and unhelpful. I was made to feel uncomfortable. Another member of staff acknowledged me, but when explaining the problems encountered with delivery of my key, he said he was busy!
The Service Advisor didn't know much about the technical matters. Also, upon arrival I advised the staff that I was in a hurry for an appointment and they made me wait nearly 15 minutes. Access to the garage was closed later on the day, no warning!

I was very satisfied with the delivery of the car. The paperwork was explained clearly and the functions of the car were demonstrated before I left the dealership which was very helpful.

The only issue I have had with my MINI was the horn not working. It was quickly taken in and needed a new steering wheel. I got my car back the same day. Otherwise it's been trouble free
Tom took time to understand my requirements, he was never pushy and always enthusiastic

Booked oil change which should have taken one hour but I waited 3 hours for return of car. Not kept informed during wait.
Mileage on MOT certificate and service book incorrect by 5,000 miles, service light remained on after service. This resulted in me having to go back over to the service centre to get it rectified. This is not the first time I have had to go back!

My mini was serviced, but a week later the warning was flashing up to advise I was due a service. Also as I am retired I requested an early return of my vehicle, but it wasn't ready until nearly 5pm.
Very poor communication , too many excuses . Not impressed at all.
George was very professional and patient whilst I decided what colour I wanted. He was smartly dressed and obviously loves the product he sells.
Thought it was expensive for an oil change and filter. Told I needed 2 new front tyres which I knew but extortionate price quoted. Got 2 tyres fitted, as original Michelin's fitted for £100 less.
The fact that I had to wait 20mins to be seen and also I informed "Maddy" the last time my car was in with You the valet was less than acceptable and pointed out on the car areas missed.On collection same areas missed !!! Did she pass on the info.
