Was given the wrong info when service was booked, girl on phone said it would take 40mins, when I arrived reception said it would be 2 hours, had to take car not cleaned to make it quicker, not charged any less for car not being cleaned

Throughout my experience the team were exceptionally helpful. The whole experience was spoilt by having my car returned to me covered in dry bird poo. The work sheet says the car was valeted. It was not. I was upset at this.

Presumed was in Farnborough but had to go to Ash Vale for service. Unable to give me a collection time, just told would take all day. Have always been called with other dealerships when the car is ready to collect. Wouldn’t check heated seat control.

Experience was very good on day only frustration was when I booked online it allowed me to book an 8am slot for a Saturday yet the service department does not open until 8.30 on a Saturday !

During this work the radio was retuned. When mentioned on picking up the car, I was informed this was probably during valeting who accidentally touch the radio controls. This was unlikely to be accidental as this required more than a single action.

We had rather a long wait until someone came to do the paperwork i think they were getting the people who were not staying sorted first. which is fair enough if they have jobs to go to. The car was cleaned checked and the recall fault fixed.

Receptionist helpful, but it seemed not particularly interested in just how difficult it had been to contact the service centre to book the service. In the service log printout, date of next service due was given as 12 months ago.
