Requested a levels check to be included at the time of booking, which was not carried out, apparently it was not entered onto the job sheet. I did not feel that the attitude of the customer service person, was not up to the standard that I am used to

Barons did not mention I would have to somehow get the car to Ash Vale - not Farnborough. In the absence of a loan car, it was agreed I would be given a lift at 9am; after two arguments, I finally left Barons at almost 10am. Not the service I want
