Car delivered on time and at a reasonable price. we were very well treated throughout the whole experience
Prestigious brand service centre no better than kwikfit80% of customers were complaining - mainly over price, delay, slowness - awful environment for prestige brand

My car and I were well looked after. The MOT was done in the amount of time I was told, so my expectations were set right. However unusually I was not called by Barons to remind me about the MOT being due, I called when I got the DVLA reminder.

As above. However I have had to book my car in to be looked at as a fault appeared after my service which wasnt there prior to my service.
Matt who sold me the car was very efficient and came up with a deal that suited me very quickly. He listened to my requirements and came up with an excellent result.

My vehicle was booked into Barons Farnborough, firstly to have the screen wash jet on the drivers side looked atand also a rear bulb fault. These were the same issues which this dealership looked at on my vehicle 4-5 months ago! Plus MOT.

The cost was less than I had been quoted (I was quoted incorrectly over the phone) and the environment was such at Barons that I was able to work and not lose holiday time from work
