Lady at reception very helpful and made sure I was aware of what was being done and the time it could take. Pointed out where I could sit and made certain I was offered a drink and to inform her should I need any thing.

Car delivered on Monday morning. No update until 2 days later. Told then that new roof had to be ordered and replaced (under warranty). Car delivered the following Tuesday due to intervening bank holiday.

The car was booked in for specific work relating to a warning light for exterior lights. Having been told the issues had been resolved, collected the car only to find that, immediately, the same warning light was present.

I bought my mini from Barons. My first surprize was the last two letters on my index number are my initials. It has been that level of customer thinking by Barons staff since. I am greatly assisted and totally satisfied by the service and support.

The service coincided with rear brake pad replacement. Given that the wheels had to be removed for the pre-paid service I felt that the labour charge for replacing the pads was excessive!

Very poor customer service, didnÂ’t do what was asked or some of what it was taken in for. This was only brought to my attention when I pick the car up. There was no contact for anyone at the dearlership at all during the day

I saw an advertisement on Facebook for a brand new, unregistered MINI Cooper with JCW pack. I contacted the centre and within 10 days we'd reached an agreement on a part exchange value, finance deal and I was driving the car home. Perfect.

The servicing and package offered is very good value and usually efficient. Would have been a 10 but I had to wait a very long time when dropping my car off as no one was available to give me the keys to the courtesy car even though it was ready and
